Shah Rukh Khan, along with being an actor is a cricket enthusiast and above all a humanitarian. This prompted the King Khan to mourn the death of the former captain of the U-19 Bengal cricket team, Ankit Keshri.
Ankit collided with a co-fielder as he dived to take a catch. The collision caused him injury on his head and he fell unconscious. He was rushed to a nearby nursing home where he battled for dear life for three days and finally succumbed to his injury. After knowing about this, SRK immediately took to his Twitter page and posted condolences. He wrote, ''Too young to go…extremely unfortunate & sad. Condolences & prayers for Ankit Keshri & his family. May Allah bless his soul. R.I.P.''
We offer our heartfelt sympathies to Ankit Keshri's family members. May his soul rest in peace.
